Take Highway 80 to US-127 South. Continue 2.8 miles and turn right to stay on US-127 South. Continue 5.8 miles on US-127 South, after crossing Wolf Creek Dam, continue up hill and around bend. Turn right on State Highway 1730, follow to Manntown Rd. Turn left on Manntown Rd, follow for 1.3 Miles to location on the left

From Albany (south):

Take Highway US -127 N to intersection with 90/127 N turn left. Continue 0.6 miles, turn right to stay on US -127 N. Continue 11 miles, turn left on State Highway 1730.  Follow to Manntown Rd. Turn left on Manntown Rd, follow for 1.3 Miles to location on the left

When you are on Manntown Rd, turn into Joe Williams Rd and on Joe Williams Rd, take the next right. After, you will go around a barn and take the next left. The hollow barn will be at the end of the road

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 11:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste 
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Pet friendly with a fee. If you wish to bring a pet but have not yet paid the mandatory pet fee, please reach out to Evolve immediately

PARKING:
- 2 vehicles can be parked in the driveway
- There will be a barn with a parking area for small boats and a driveway up to the house under the deck. There is no room to turn around a trailer at the house, so boats will have to stay down by the barn
