Had the AC fixed for us… on a Sunday!
3/5 The host was very quick in replying to my inquiries regarding the lack of chairs, towels, washcloths, mattress pads and protectors, dressers, WiFi information, the toys jammed into the bedroom closet and strewn around the deck, the broken shower door track, and ineffective air conditioning. He did get HVAC to recharge the ac system, though… AND on a Sunday! We were very grateful for that.

Despite these challenges, we maintained a professional and accommodating approach, promptly addressing their needs by providing extra towels and fixing the bathroom sliding door track.
