  We originally booked this duplex for 5 nights for my granddaughter's high school graduation, but decided that we needed to stay another night to finish up some family obligations. I made a call to the customer service number and, the extra night was available and I was able to book it for another night. The location was perfect for us, as our graduation was in Olathe and we also spent time at the Ameristar Casino, north of the river. There was, what seemed to be, a construction crew of some sort, rented the other half on Saturday, so there was a lot of in and out through the front entrance, but, overall, I would, absolutely stay here again.

• It's the Little Things that Matter

  Little things matter. This was an "ok" place. We did not get any information about accessing the location until WE initiated contact. Nothing in the app, nothing in an email. So, luckily we were visiting family and could take time to wait for a response. Then, the access information for the door codes were not complete, so we had to call again. The place was clean. Furniture in the living room was REALLY uncomfortable. Patio door was quite tricky to latch and lock. There was a diffuser that was a little much, but smelled like it was covering some musty smells. Fridge with ice/water in the door that didn't work. Definitely not worth the cost, particularly when the "fees" were more than the stay.

  -We understand that the check-in process may have been a bit confusing. The instructions are indeed provided on the listing page, via email, and text. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the missing second door code. This issue has been corrected for future guests.
  -We are sorry to hear the patio door was difficult for you to operate. We have verified that it’s working and have had no other complaints.
  -Thank you for the feedback regarding the diffuser. We will review this and aim to create a more neutral and pleasing ambiance for all guests.
  -We were surprised to hear about the issue with the refrigerator’s waterline and ice machine, which is brand new. We have since inspected it and ensured it’s functioning as expected.
  -We understand that the futon couch may not have been as comfortable as you’d like. We appreciate your feedback and will consider it as we continually strive to enhance the comfort of the home.

• Great property

  My husband, adult daughter, dog, and I stayed at this property for 3 nights. We chose this property for the following reasons: pet friendly, fenced yard, # of beds/bedrooms, proximity to daughter, and garage. This property is immaculate. It is in a very quiet, older, well-maintained neighborhood. The parking area is huge. The other unit was rented. We did not hear any noise from those renters. No issues with that. My only issues are: no washcloths or dishcloths (I usually throw those in when packing, was "off my game" and forgot), and the garage. We drive a big SUV which would have fit. However, to get it in the garage, I would have had to pull too far to the left. There is a bush right there, and it would have rubbed against my vehicle and probably scratched it. So, didn't use the garage. This is not a deal-breaker for us. We would rent this property again. It worked perfectly for us.
