Nice location but…
3/5 Convenient location to the Interstate, University and the casino but property is tired. Two queen beds cheap and uncomfortable. King sized bed needs a mattress pad. Mattress was nasty! Light bulbs out in various locations and ceiling fan non functional in large bedroom. Kitchen needs a can opener. Overall furniture is uncomfortable. Living room couch was disgusting and uncomfortable. Need more comfortable outdoor seating. Shower liner in master bath is too long. Caused water to pool and stand in the shower and you have to be careful not to dump the water on the floor when getting out of the shower. Have stayed at many, many VBRO rentals in several states. This was the worst we stayed in!! NEEDS MAJOR TLC

- We are looking into replacing the couch and will look at the furniture to ensure it is clean and comfortable.
- We will be adding a new mattress pad to the king-sized bed.
- All of the light fixtures will be checked, and bulbs will be replaced and we will be fixing the fan.

5/5 After playing volleyball at ISU for Special Olympics and coming back and knowing that we can relax in the hot tub, watching our children play in the backyard with no worries. Will thats just icing on the cake. We would definitely stay here again when it's available. We all loved it.
