We could not have asked for a better location or a nicer neighborhood to stay in! The neighbors brought us fresh vegetables from the garden and we enjoyed a few nice evenings in the back porch! It’s a perfect place for a nice get away! The property owners were phenomenal! We loved meeting them and having the chance to get to know them!

This place is what you call cozy, for our short stay it served its purpose. I would recommend this place for 2 adults and a couple of kids, but 4 adults in this place was a little tight. I would recommend bringing your own lawn chair so you have a comfortable place to sit.ProsTowels ACLocationNeighborhood/NeighborsFridgeConsNo room to sit and relax, the "couch" is a cheap mini loveseat that has no back and feels like it could break at any time. Hi Michelle, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
-To enhance guest comfort, the couch has been replaced with a more comfortable option.
-While the website displays a 4-seat dining table set, we have added 4 kitchen island chairs to accommodate additional guests.
-In response to your feedback about the door lock, I have increased the automatic lock delay to 30 seconds for added convenience.
-Addressing the issue with the cat on the deck has been a challenge, as it is a neighborhood cat and I plan to purchase a storage box for the seat cushion cover, allowing guests to remove it when needed.
Thanks for letting us know about your stay!
We went Louisville for a couple days to get away. The home had everything we needed. It was cozy and comfortable. It was too cold to spend much time outside but there is a nice deck and fire pit. My only complaint is that the couch is not comfortable, practical or sturdy. Other than that everything was wonderful. Thank you!
