Disappointed and Concerned.
1/5 The area was nice but the house/propety ahd major issues.
Before you rent this out again these things must be fixed:
Bathroom floor is repaired with piece of sharp sheet metal. This is a liability and if I had been injured I would have pressed charges. The toilet is in deplorable condition.
Terrible urine smell coming from vents and closed doors. I felt that paying for the pet fee was ridiculous when it was CLEARLY not being used to clean up after previsou renters with pets
A/C is a window unit, not central. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE
Counter tops, bed frame and mirror all are leaning and are falling over.
There is an animal crawling in the space above the ceiling and it seems to have chewed through into the cabinet above the sink. This is deplorable.
Window in bathroom is broken/cracked. This is a security and pest issue.
I realize that this was on the less expensive side for the rate but these issues are HEALTH ISSUES and the property should not be rented out until they are fixed.
