    It is several days past our stay but our initial thoughts were this: the house had a feel to it that it was not too long ago moved out of. Like an elderly person or couple had recently moved out and the children were working to get it ready for a rental home but it was not quite where the renter may have wanted it to be but they had decided to put it on Vrbo anyway. Overall, our contact person, Rachel I believe was her name, was very friendly and helpful. She answered our questions in a very timely manner and was always very willing to help in any manner that she could.As for the overall condition of the house, it was good for our group. It worked for us and the guys in our group liked the bi op
