Great Location
4/5 Perfect location for a mother/daughter getaway. Does need some updating for the price - holes in furniture and comforters - bathrooms also need some attention. We had a wonderful stay though - great shopping and restaurants.

Great Stay
5/5 The property was well equipped. The location was ideal in the heart of the arts district. Out the door and on the Monon Trail. Plenty of dining and activities. A short trip to downtown Indianapolis.
Weekend with Family
5/5 Awesome location right in the heart of Arts district. Can walk to so many restaurants and shops or just people watch near the Monon trail. We loved the close proximity to the CoHatch where we were attending a baby shower. As listed, there are two flights of stairs in the condo but as long as you don't mind that it was perfect.

Just what we needed
5/5 We travel to Carmel a few times a year to visit family. We love this central location and close proximity to shops and restaurants. The parking lot across the street is convenient and we haven’t had any issues w securing a spot. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
