Unacceptable Conditions
3/5 If your stay is after ours it is in clean condition now. However, upon arrival to the property, we noticed that the oven, (which caught fire when self cleaning) the kitchen sink and the cabinets were extremely filthy! We pulled dishes from the cabinet and there were glasses that were completely dirty and you could see residual of drinks in them. I had purchase my own knife set. I tried to cut vegtables witha butter knife. The refrigerator door at the bottom is cracked and is being held together with duct tape. The carpets were stained, paint on the walls were poorly painted, and the bathroom and bedroom doors were patched. The couch has crumbs on and in it. The tub upstairs has a dirt ring a broken handle. The toilets were stained. The backyard is also not cut and the grass is ankle high! The house is not ready to be on any vacation rental platform. This is absolutely unacceptable and we should not have had to clean this mess up!
