4/5 House was clean. Needs some updating in some bathrooms. Shower handle came off in one of the bathrooms and some shower heads low for tall people. Toaster needs replacing. Management company was responsive to our requests. FYI…. House does have fire pit (even though not listed on website).

Great Spot Natural Setting
4/5 We had a great time. Home is a shown as in the pictures. Home was clean and ready when we arrived. Pet Friendly with large yard our dog had a great vacation. Located near Owners Clubhouse with great pools and lots to do.
Golf courses are in excellent condition. I would have liked some better directions for TV.
Not many channels on main TV but cable in bedrooms. Be careful with front steps as they are poor condition and easy to fall on. We had a good time and would rent again.
Plenty to do in the area.
Huge home, great amenities
4/5 As a previous reviewer stated, the home could use a good deep cleaning and some minor updates (new screens on the gazebo, fixing uneven stairs on the deck).
The property manager was very responsive to any concerns and very friendly and helpful.
The home is huge and had great space in the main kitchen and living room area for our family to gather. Beds were comfortable. The Owners Club was a lot of fun. Our family spent quite a bit of time playing ping pong, pool, and bean bags and swimming. The home is situated in a beautiful area with beautiful views.
Location was great!
3/5 We went for a girls trip! It was a great location close to things. Living room furniture was super cozy to sit around and talk and drink wine. House could use a deep clean but nothing horrible. Upstairs and basement needed a good vacuum.
