Nice Condo - Convenient to University of Chicago
4/5 We stayed for the orientation drop off at University of Chicago. The condo was nicely furnished and convenient to Hyde Park.
Only complaint was the security lights in the back make the master bedroom lighter at night than we liked for sleeping. If you like a dark room, bring an eye mask.
Great stay near McCormick Place
5/5 We stayed here a full week for a trade show at McCormick Place. Short ride to downtown and to airport (Midway). We used Uber/Taxi for all travel. Clean and modern. Full kitchen was nice with K-cup coffee machine. Master bedroom/bath was spacious. Middle room was good for one person. Office/third room was a bit tight if needed for a bedroom. We had three guys, so one took the futon/couch in the third room. We didn't really need the office/desk area. Washer and dryer was a huge plus since we were there for a week.
We heard tenants upstairs, but never met or saw anyone. Quiet street with minimal traffic. Would stay here again if coming back to Chicago.
Great accommodations for DNC convention
5/5 I was pleased with the upscale interior and the neighborhood but sort of mislead of the distance to the United Convention Center. It was not accessible by metro train. Still, we were able to Uber to and from with safety late at night. There was difficulty accessing the key upon arrival and difficulty returning it to the lockbox. On the day of departure, I noticed a water leak from the vent in the master bathroom that appeared to have been there for a while. We were leaving that day, so that it wasn't a problem for me. I would definitely reserve this place if in Chicago again.
