Great Place!
5/5 Cute place in a great part of town. Short walk to the red line which we used to get downtown.

Great little apartment
4/5 This is a great little place to stay in Rogers Park. The property manager was very responsive, and event helped us out with a little health emergency. The location was perfect for us to visit our child at Northwestern.

Great Location
4/5 This apartment is so close to Lake Michigan and the L train. I walked easily to both those and a restaurant and cute coffee shop. It's also located next to two historic homes, one designed by Frank Lloyd Wright. I arranged for a tour while I was there. You definitely get your exercise with the three flights of stairs. And the street parking can be a pain late at night. But the noise was minimal from the street so that was a plus. Overall, I would recommend.

5/5 Absolutely AMAZING location. Nestled within walking distance to multiple beach entries! Host/Property Mgr, Micaela, was AWESOME responding to requests and really ensured that we enjoyed our stay. Mentioned we were in town to participate in sports tournament & there were ice bags prepared in freezer, which came in REALLY handy.

4/5 It was not as bad as another place we tried in the area, but it still smelled strongly of smoke and air freshener, so much so that my clothing all smelled like it when we got home. For some there were no bedside tables and the lighting was not good enough to read in the bedrooms. The neighbor across the hall had this sign on the door indicating that they resented the renters and thought the security camera was illegal.
