  First I want to thank you Susy, you’ve been a way beyond excellent host! Your customer services is nothing but 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Property filled up my expectations and more! Pretty neat, comfortable and affordable place. Surrounded by nature. Just few miles away from Yellowstone West Gate entrance. I’m still digesting my very best vacation experience ever, and your place belongs it. Thank you so much for your support and understanding. House is fully equipped the only thing it needs is YOU!   We had problems with bugs all over house! Mostly in kitchen and some upstairs. And they got into some of our food on the bar! The oven did not heat up to bake biscuits. But the house was fine other than that!

  Hi Randell, we want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we apologize if you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
  - We wish you had reached out to the guest contact during your stay, we would have been happy to help. Considering the proximity to the many rivers and lakes, we have a lot of tiny no-see-um bugs. Unfortunately, the small holes in the fly screens on the windows are not small enough to keep them out, so they can be a nuisance.
  - The oven works perfectly. As a friendly reminder, since the property is located at an altitude of 6,500 feet, guests have to increase the oven heat higher than usual. All food baked in the oven should have instructions on how much to increase the heat to when at elevations over 5,000ft.
  - While we regret our home was not up to your expectations, we are happy to share that no issues were reported by the guests who stayed the following weekend. Your feedback assists us in understanding our guests' perspectives and improving wherever possible. Thank you for sharing your review!

• Perfect location!

  We loved everything about our winter stay at the Golf House. It was nice to step out, walk the golf course and see the winter scenery . The house is lovely, everything was exactly as promised, clean and warm. The store and other amenities including snow machine rentals are a half mile away. Our hosts were great and our communication with them was spot on!
