House great - never book through evolve again!
5/5 This house was great for us. The host was fantastic. We loved bear lake and hope to be back again. My only complaint is dealing with Evolve - I will never book with them again. I have noticed this house is listed with other booking companies and I will pay more so that info not have to deal with evolve again. I was on the phone for 2-3 hour trying to pay for our final payment. They kept telling me my card was declined. When I called my bank they said it hadn’t been run or they didn’t put an amount in. Then they said they would get me a manager. I waited nearly 1 hour and never talked to a manager. I truly believed for awhile evolve was a scam company and we did not have a vacation. I read reviews and many say the same thing. I have never gotten an apology! This has nothing to do with the home and the host Laura they were both great! Just will go through another agency next time!
Amazing and Easy
5/5 Fantastic house with plenty of space to enjoy everyone while allowing the kids to be in their separate space down stairs.
The property owners are simply the best we have ever worked with. The communication was easy, super responsive, and welcoming.
We will definitely stay here again. Can’t recommend this place enough. We loved it.
