Very cute place
5/5 It's a very cute place. You have anything that you need. There are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The communications with the property office was great. We were 4 in my party, 2 adults, 2 kids, and there was enough room for everyone. My only "issues " was that it would be nice if the outside sitting area was more private since the houses are super close to each other. The other thing is that you need to wash and put away the dishes before you leave. It would be nice if you just put them to wash and the cleaning service put them away.

Very cute place
5/5 It's a very nice place, it has everything that you need. There are restaurants and groceries stores nearby. Having the air conditioning it helps a lot in these summer days. We were 4 in my party, 2 adults, 2 kids, and there was enough room for everyone. There's great communication with the rental office. I only had a couple of "issue.". It would be nice if the sitting area outside was more private since the house was very close to the neighborhood. The other thing is that you need to wash all the dishes and put them away before you leave. It would be nice just to put them to wash and the cleaning service put them away.
Clean
2/5 House was clean and well stocked. Check in was smooth but don’t let heading fool you. Home is very old with musty/mold smell. There was barely enough hot water for 2 people to shower and the bathroom is only room with a mirror so it was very hard for all of us to get ready at the same time. Towels were very clean. Pretty far walk to downtown. Overall. House was clean but definitely wouldn’t say this house is High End.
A great quiet stay
5/5 The little house was perfect for our family of four. It’s a little far to walk to the restaurants and shops downtown and to the beach with our littles but it’s a quick drive or if you have bikes it would be easy to get to everything from the house. Check in was easy, the garage was pretty small and our truck definitely would not fit in easy so something to think of if you need a garage. But there was plenty of shade on the road where we parked the truck in the afternoon so we didn’t have to worry about the truck getting too hot.
The house is beautifully done, and it was comfortable to relax after a whole day out having fun. The patio looks out close towards the neighbor’s house so we didn’t utilize it like I thought we would. The neighborhood is quiet and there is a small park a block away that was fun for our small kids. Thank you for letting us stay, we had a blast in our weekend in Coeur d’Alene.

5/5 Cute home just right for two adults and two kids. Close to everything we needed. Comfy bed which can be a miss at many places. Would definitely stay again.
