The house is located in a quiet neighborhood that is close enough to all the city stores, not by the lake which was fine for us. Everything was as pictured and fit our family well.Things to know -The kitchen supplies are extremely limited. If you plan on cooking bring your own pots and pans. There was one pot and one frying pan. It required a long process for us to reuse the same ones to cook a meal. The heat in this house is almost non existent in the winter. Regardless of the temp you set it does not go above 68, possibly preset by the management company to save on utilities. We had to supplement our heat by running the small electric fireplace 24/7 which I am sure cost much more. We also purchased extra blankets as the blankets on the beds were limited.Overall it was a great stay! We would still recommend but just be aware of the above!

Very pleased with our stay here. My husband, friend, and I spent a couple days in CDA and stayed at this property. It was really close to everything (food, shopping, malls, etc.) but also far enough away from the busy intersections and all the noise. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure was amazing. My husband has a thing about water pressure... Would stay here again if we go back to CDA.

Very clean house in a quiet neighborhood. It was the perfect size house for two families. The kitchen and common areas was ideal for our trip.
