3/5 For a 5pm check in you think they would've had time to sweep the floors and pick up the used band-aid downstairs. Upstairs floor turned white socks black in a matter of minutes. Downstairs floor had piles of dirt and hair in the corners of the bedrooms and closets. We took pics. There was a coffee maker but no coffee......The house and location is beautiful, if only it were managed correctly.

seriously. The cleaner sweeps, mops, and vacuums between every visit. The upstairs floors are cement floors and are wonderful especially in the wintertime with the in-floor radiant heat, at the same time making it very difficult to keep clean, especially if windows are opened and dust comes in. We currently deep clean, including steam cleaning the floors, quarterly, and will now deep clean monthly based on your feedback. I also think some more rugs will help as well and will make that upgrade as well. Thank you again for your stay and feedback!”Absolutely Amazing!
5/5 Bring your camera and your fishing pole! The home is stunning, the towels are so fluffy and the view will knock you off your feet! Quiet (aside from the trains across the lake, but there were few of these) , peaceful, inviting, lovely owners and caretaker, well maintained, plenty to do! Already want to go back!

5/5 This house offers total pkg everything you need, great water view, quiet listen to birds in morning while enjoying coffee on deck. Close to town, freeway access and on water to top it off. Indoor spa pool offers something no one else in area has. I would highly suggest this for families and got destination events.
