Quick, Short Family Vacation
4/5 Our four-star rating (instead of 5) is circumstantial. The purpose for our vacation was to experience tubing on the Coralville Reservoir. We took our small boat with us and had no place to keep it in the water or conveniently park it on the trailer. If that information had been readily available, we might have made other plans. The property is beautiful! The location, north of Iowa City and south of Dubuque, was perfect. If you are happy looking at the water (not being in it), choose this property!

5/5 We couldn’t have booked a more perfect property for our annual family getaway. The house and property were immaculately kept. The lakehouse was spacious and nicely appointed. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Amazing time!
5/5 The house was very accommodating for our family! Newly updated kitchen made it easy for us to be in there cooking and love the open floor concept! It was also a huge plus that it was furnished with what we needed only needed to bring food and drinks. The owners were super friendly and appreciate their hospitality. We enjoyed seeing the nature and having the peace and quiet out there. We will for sure be back for another visit!
