5/5 The property was completely sufficient for what we needed as a family of four traveling over the Christmas holiday. It was clean and in good shape. The only thing I would give as a tip to future renters is to bring decaf K-cups if you need decaf. Also, make note of where the parking spot in the back by the garage door is as there is no house number back there to indicate which garage.

5/5 This place was perfect for us. Plenty of space for 7 Moms on a girls weekend. Close enough to all of the things by a walk or Uber ride. Clean, well appointed and good neighborhood. Great spot for Iowa games.
