  The house is very large and accommodated our group very well. We checked in Friday afternoon. It was disappointing that someone didn't come to turn the air conditioning on until Saturday morning. There were also a significant number of flies and wasps in the house. I got the vacuum out Saturday morning to clean them up. But those really are the only complaints.

  We had a large family gathering for a celebration of life. The house was very clean and comfortable. The deck on the back was large enough for many to gather around and socialize. We used the grill several times. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and large enough for many to help. Appliances were very efficient . The two large sinks were wonderful to space out prep. Plenty of serving dishes.

  The beds were comfortable. I didn’t hear any complaints. There is a porch screened in with a fire table. The 20 year olds enjoyed talking into the night there and not disturbing everyone sleep. Everyone enjoyed the basketball hoop. The kids enjoyed the play structure in the back. We had one issue with the internet and it was taken care of very quickly. The upstairs bedroom is set apart with its own bathroom. It had two rocking chairs. Wonderful place for the family with a new baby. The layout of the house severed our multi generational group well. Fairfield was not too far away.

  The Sauce Bbq was so yummy.

  The kitchen was great, making cooking for the group easy. There were plenty of dishes and utensils for our group. The dining room table was small for a group of 20+, so we were very glad we had taken folding tables and folding chairs along.

  We had an issue with a bedroom and bathroom getting accidentally locked, but the owner promptly made arrangements to have someone deal with that.

  The house had a beautiful Christmas tree that we all enjoyed.

  The house had only 5 private bedrooms but plenty of sleeping space for our group.

• Family get-away for 14

  Absolutely Beautiful! This property is a peaceful place to get away, relax and spend time with family! The house, lawn and surrounding woods were spacious, allowing the kids to run around the adults to get some great family photos!We appreciated the cleanliness evident throughout the house! The towels, paper products, cleaning supplies and cooking basics were plentiful. Phone reception was poor, however, the three wi-fi sources at the house made for excellent connectivity throughout the house!The kitchen/dining area were spacious and inviting so our group of 14 could be cooking/eating buffett style and /cleaning all at once without too much tripping over one another. The grill outside was brand new and worked great. If staying in the summer, check the grill for tree frogs before igniting. To the kids' delight, those little peepers could be found just about anywhere outside!We loved the pantry and having several clean cabinets already empty where we could put all of our food. The extra fridge in the basement where we could put the meat and dairy designated for meals later in the week plus beverages/snacks for the kids staying in the basement.We give this place 5 out of 5 stars!
