Winter weekend stay
3/5 This property worked well for a winter weekend visit to Ames for me and my adult daughters. The place was clean and conveniently located to downtown and the ISU campus. We did have a problem with the power going off during the night. It was extremely cold outside, and soon became untenable inside the house. I had trouble reaching the management company to report the issue, so we left for the airport early.

- We sincerely apologize for the power outage and the difficulty reaching us during that time. The issue was due to an electrical problem with the main breaker, which we were able to resolve within an hour of receiving the call. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to connect with you before you left.
- We understand how frustrating this must have been, especially in the cold weather, and we truly regret the inconvenience. As a gesture of goodwill, we’d be happy to offer you a complimentary night on a future visit to Ames.

5/5 The location of the townhouse is wonderful. The beds and bedding were amazing as was the shower. The host responded quickly when asked a question. I would stay here again!
