CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 3:00 PM
- Upon arrival at the condo complex, most of the parking will be located to the left. When you see some parking spots to the right, stop there and make a left into the parking lot
- The property is located on the 1st floor, in Building 17 (Hale 17). It is the 2nd condo from the left (Unit 1175)
- Use the lockbox to the left of the condo door (NOT the lockbox on the right). Push the bottom black button down to clear it, type in the code (2384), then push the top black button down and hold it down while you open the lockbox door
- The door to the condo must be all the way closed before you put the key in, or it will not unlock. Please pull it all the way closed before opening
- Lanyards with keys for you to use will be hanging on the lamp on the nightstand
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- There are beach chairs in the closet and boogie boards underneath the bed
- The locks on the sliding doors that face the ocean are on the sides of the doors

Directions to the community pool:
- To get to the community pool, make a left out of the parking lot in front of the condo
- Follow that road to the end until you get to the circle. Take the first right out of the circle onto a small road
- Park there, and once you get out of your car, you will face the opposite direction of where you came in from
- Walk to the left, completely around the building in front of you, and follow the sidewalk (past the store) to the pool
- On the weekends, you’ll need to provide the condo number (1175) to use the pool
