CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 3:00 PM
- The key is located inside a lockbox, which can be found inside the screened door, on the left. The code is 42150
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Return key to the lockbox
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the condo by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Leave slept-in beds unmade
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the condo is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

COMMUNITY REGISTRATION
- Going to the office to register is no longer required of guests. Owners and managing agents can simply provide a registration link to guests. Guests can then register online, at their convenience, prior to or upon their arrival, without having to go to the office
- Once the completed forms are received, the pool code will be texted to the guest's phone. The online form does require the guests to acknowledge that the pool codes cannot be shared and that only registered guests can access the pool, so they will have already been alerted against misusing their pool codes prior to the pool code being sent. Guest pool codes are terminated at the end of their stay.
