Property was conveniently located in Kona close enough to the town without actually feeling in the middle of it. Ocean/beach views are as advertised. Property is hot throughout most of the day, small AC in bedroom helps cool that room only. Windows/doors will cool the rest eventually. Getting in/out of the parking stall is tough, suggest landscaping that doesn’t block the view of the road. Bathroom needed a deeper clean (drawing was clogged/bathroom was dusty).

This wonderful rental property is exactly as pictured! The best part about this place is the location. It's directly across the street from some of the best snorkeling and surfing on the Big Island, and directly next door to a surf shop! Bungalow was clean, AC in the bedroom worked great! The appliances in the kitchen are out dated, but we didn't really use them. *The owner should invest in a real coffee maker! Kona is known for it's coffee and no coffee was provided :( Kitchen had some spices and oil for cooking. Some of the switches lights/ceiling fans were mislabledOverall EXCELLENT stay! If we visit the Big Island again we would stay here for sure!

We enjoyed being across the road from a good snorkeling spot. Spent lots of time on the front patio looking at the ocean and watching sunsets. Only negative is that I emailed owner several times about an early check in, but never got a response.

Nice property in an excellent location. Convenient to swimming and snorkeling. Dining convenient by car. Traffic in front of unit is heavy at times.
