Overall condo was what we expected based on the description. Views were very good. The bedroom mattress could use an update. We enjoyed the condo and the saltwater pool next to the condo complex. Would stay here again.

This is a beautiful sea side location. Lots of dolphins from the deck. Whales did show up a couple of times in Dec. The condo has everything you need for a couple. Easy driving access with nice parking.

All in all, we were very pleased with the condo. It had everything we needed. The sofa bed was not too comfortable, but that’s to be expected. It is a very quiet, small complex with friendly residents. Waking up and having coffee on the lanai in the morning was just amazing. We ate many meals on the lanai, as there is no table inside, but that was fine with us. Just be ready to haul your suitcase to the 3rd floor. I would stay there again.

I want to start by saying we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property and on the Big Island. It was our first time to the Big Island. I spent several hours searching out properties to rent for our visit. I looked at several but kept coming back to this property. I read all the reviews (many times over) from past renters, and they all were consistent with having a very positive experience. At first, I thought this unit may be too small as it is a one bedroom, but it really was not for the two of us. It was spacious and served our needs quite well. The unit was nicely decorated, well stocked and very clean. As mentioned by previous renters, we spent most of our time on the lanai as the view was a slice of heaven. We were facing the ocean and enjoyed the view of the water and waves every morning with our cup of coffee, and the views of the water and sunsets with our evening glass of wine. It was hard to leave this view when it was time to check out. The property was quiet, and the people were friendly. It was also located in a great area to be close to restaurants, shops and fun water activities, but also out of the busyness of the touristy areas. You cannot walk to any restaurants and shops, so renting a car is helpful. This unit recently had an A/C unit put in and it worked very well in the main living room area. There was not an A/C unit in the bedroom and we at first were concerned it would be too warm at night. We were pleasantly surprised that it was not. There was a ceiling fan in the bedroom and the coolness from the living room did transfer some to the bedroom, so it was cool enough to sleep. In closing, this unit and property was a wonderful place to rent. We would definitely come back, and I would highly recommend it to any other couple looking for a nice place to stay with tremendous views.

This condo was in PERFECT location up against the sea.. Lanai was a nice place to sit.. Condo was just a mile or two from kona center.. Restaurants, stores, market and more.. Also..the condo had a commanding view of the salt water pool.. Very entertaining.. Air conditioning was a nice touch.. All in all we couldn't have been happier..
