2/5 the place is like a gestapo camp, with mean pushy securty. A pain to check in. no parking. strange elevators that go to certain floors. nobody nice. the room was really old feeling. rust in tub ....

- We apologize that the security, building dynamics, and parking situation posed challenges during your stay. In our experience, security has been helpful and responsive to guests' needs. Our check-in policy aligns with industry standards, but we will certainly investigate these matters further and bring them to the attention of our homeowners association.
- Regarding the elevators, all of them serve the same residential floors, with one dedicated to the parking garage. For your convenience, parking is available in the garage for $35 per night. While parking is not included in the rental, all our guests are welcome to use this option. We understand that parking can be a crucial aspect of your stay, and we'll do our best to improve this aspect.
- We also apologize for any inconvenience caused by the condition of the unit's tub. We have scheduled renovations for November and look forward to addressing this issue and making several other improvements.
- Once again, thank you for your feedback, and we appreciate your patience as we work to enhance your future experiences with us.

5/5 The property location is excellent, fairly quiet but just steps from the bustle of Waikiki and easy to get to other parts of the island. The balcony is pleasant and the unit and building are well maintained. A very pleasant place to stay.
