• Convenient and Cozy but with some issues

  I was happy with my stay but it could have been better with a few minor tweaks.

  PROS: The place was pleasantly furnished and its central location made it easy to get around and reach tour-group pick up spots. The pool, laundry, barbecue grills and convenience store - all on the 6th floor of the building - were very convenient.

  CONS: When I checked in, the space had not been cleaned; but the host was apologetic about the apparent miscommunication with the cleaners and he got them there within minutes of my call. I never did hear from him though about a text I sent later regarding the slow drainage of the bathroom sink. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt and assume he never saw my message.

  My experience would have been much improved by the simple addition of black-out drapes. The single-rod sheer curtains that are installed allowed in all the light from the neighboring buildings and all the noise from the city streets below, so sleeping was challenging.

  And my pet peeve: when I asked the check-in person one day if she could change a $20 bill for me, she advised that she could make change for regular guests but not for Vrbo customers. Really!

  the place is like a gestapo camp, with mean pushy securty. A pain to check in. no parking. strange elevators that go to certain floors. nobody nice. the room was really old feeling. rust in tub ....

  - We apologize that the security, building dynamics, and parking situation posed challenges during your stay. In our experience, security has been helpful and responsive to guests' needs. Our check-in policy aligns with industry standards, but we will certainly investigate these matters further and bring them to the attention of our homeowners association.
  - Regarding the elevators, all of them serve the same residential floors, with one dedicated to the parking garage. For your convenience, parking is available in the garage for $35 per night. While parking is not included in the rental, all our guests are welcome to use this option. We understand that parking can be a crucial aspect of your stay, and we'll do our best to improve this aspect.
  - We also apologize for any inconvenience caused by the condition of the unit's tub. We have scheduled renovations for November and look forward to addressing this issue and making several other improvements.
  - Once again, thank you for your feedback, and we appreciate your patience as we work to enhance your future experiences with us.

• Great place to stay!

  The property location is excellent, fairly quiet but just steps from the bustle of Waikiki and easy to get to other parts of the island. The balcony is pleasant and the unit and building are well maintained. A very pleasant place to stay.
