  • Communication and cleanliness issues

    I would not recommend this property until the owner puts a new automatic lock on the door. The current one does not open and close properly yet the manager said the owner will not change it. The number that we were given for the contact person was not the correct number therefore when we called multiple times when we were locked out at 9pm with 2 small children no one answered. We had to submit a complaint to get anyone to reach out to us. The whole place is dusty and the bath mats were filthy. The cleaning team definitely needs to spend more time on the unit. The size and location were good for what we needed but we definitely won’t be staying again.

  • A Disappointment

    Should have believed the door access reviews- arrived and couldn’t get in. Called ‘Tiffany’ with Evolve- no answer…. Arrived at 7:28 PM, ‘Taylor’ called at 8:10 and helped with a common access code- which worked. Last 7 of my cell did not. No directions, locked out after three tries but had to one more time…. My daughter and I had taken all our things back to the car and we were headed to her dorm room when she called.

    Next list- dishwasher broken, refrigerator door broken- slings completely to the side of the fridge.

    - obvious that it had not been cleaned for a little while (pink ring in toilet, dust), trash cans with ‘stuff’ that had run down the did in one bathroom

    - my daughter was a little freaked out by the urn on the kitchen shelf behind the sink

    - zero ‘guest niceties’ except a few coffee pods, no Kleenex?

    - found a bag of sugar stuck to a shelf in the kitchen, expired spices and other things

    - front door frame cracked where obviously another guest couldn't get in and the door DOES NOT close properly unless you set the bolt lock

    - floor is sloped toward the center of the entire building

    Fireplace was nice, beds OK and good TV.

    I have traveled all over the world and used multiple properties by these types of groups and have never been this disappointed. This took the prize for a leasing company - Evolve- and an owner that wants the $$ but could care less about their guests.

    My daughter has 4 years at Young Harris and never again.

  • Door code entrance

    The door on the entrance was terrible. I left a day early because I couldn’t stand the door code keyless entrance. 3 out of 5 night I stayed I had to call to get help to get in the door. The owner had to unlock the door for me after I contacted Tiffany. The second time the owner could not be reached so out of desperation Tiffany gave me her override code to get me in. At that time she informed me if I entered my code more the three time I would be locked out. The 3 time I entered my code twice it didn’t work, I entered the override code and that didn’t work either. I contacted Tiffany and did not receive a call until 2 hours later. In the mean time I tried the override code one more time and was able to get in. It was more than annoying to have to wait out in the heat trying to get help. My husband is blind and we are both on medication and it make our stay horrible. The condo was very nice and very comfortable, but the owner need to fix that door pad.

  • Amazing!!!

    We spent a long weekend in this condo and it didn't disappoint! Very well maintained community and condo with wonderful furnishings and amenities. We felt safe and it was convenient to restaurants and shops with a short drive. I think the view would be beautiful in the Fall. Will definitely choose this location again!
