  Just spent 4 nights at this lovely condo. The location was great, easy access to everything we needed and the view was fantastic! Wish it would have been warmer weather so I could have enjoyed the outdoor patio more :)

  The only negative comment we have is about the water pressure. It's a little lacking but everything else was fantastic, even the front door lock. Was a little worried about that from past reviews but we were able to enter with ease and no problems. Would definitely recommend this property.

• Let’s start with the good about it.

  I go to the mountains at least once a year. I just went to Hiawasse on a motorcycle trip in October. This rental is by far one of the best decorated and furnished I have stayed in by far. The furniture was very nice, the recliners in living room very nice and such a huge TV. The condo was well stocked, much better than many places I’ve stayed in. No washcloths in upstairs bathroom though. I found some in the utility closet. The upstairs bedroom has a frig and coffee pot, nice. I didn’t use it though. The beds and pillows were GREAT! They smelled so nice the entire 3 nights, I loved it.

  The downside, the keyless entry to get in. I read the other reviews about the difficulty and I’m 60 traveling with my 84 year old mother. I don’t want locked out after dark so I emailed Tiffany about another number in case she didn’t answer her phone. One of the couples had that problem. I did not receive a second number I just got a “don’t worry”. You don’t have 3 try’s to get in, just 2. That’s BS. When we got there after dark, it wouldn’t open on first try. A gal blowing leaves off elevator was there. I asked her to watch me. She said I was the second person that day having trouble. She said to put in the code, PULL the door towards you and then push in while turning handle. That worked.

  I knew Mom and I would be getting in at dark the next couple of days so I solved the whole issue…we didn’t lock the door. There was only one other renter in the building and we didn’t have squat worth stealing anyway.

  Parking, our Unit C had only 1 parking place not 2. B, D, and E also just 1. Condo A? 3 parking places. All close to the building. Mom’s 84, I took an “A” spot. The dumpster is in front of the building so the 4 extra “visitor” spots are a little ways away.

  Upstairs bedroom: no curtain over door to balcony, I piled pillows up and put a bath towel over the top for my privacy. The balcony you see on first picture is upstairs in that bedroom. Mom got up there once and that was that. I like a hot bath to unwind, not enough hot water to fill the tub. The hot water heater is downstairs and it was tempting to turn it up with the screwdrivers lying on top of it but I did not. The Builder of Condo sucks. No door stays put, every one swings open. Including the refrigerator which probably will shorten its lifespan. The floors are rolling hills.

  It’s a shame a nice condo like this has these issues.

• Communication and cleanliness issues

  I would not recommend this property until the owner puts a new automatic lock on the door. The current one does not open and close properly yet the manager said the owner will not change it. The number that we were given for the contact person was not the correct number therefore when we called multiple times when we were locked out at 9pm with 2 small children no one answered. We had to submit a complaint to get anyone to reach out to us. The whole place is dusty and the bath mats were filthy. The cleaning team definitely needs to spend more time on the unit. The size and location were good for what we needed but we definitely won’t be staying again.
