Family Get Together
3/5 Beautiful and very spacious home! Perfect for our family gathering. Very quiet neighborhood. Having said that, the cleaning left ALOT to be desired. Very filthy ceiling fans, dirty floors under bed. And, needs a better pest control company, had lady bugs on walls and ceilings. Found a roach in one of the bathrooms. We did contact Rikki and said they would speak to there cleaning company, and that they would contact pest contro compnay., however we were still charged a cleaning fee.

Beautiful home, needs help!
3/5 The home is beautiful. In a quiet beautiful neighborhood. But the house needs a good cleaning and needs to be stocked with basics. When we checked in there was old food in the refrigerator and the freezer. There was empty alcohol boxes and bottles on the counter. The dishwasher stunk so bad we couldnt open it. Lots of dust and stuff everywhere, under the beds, under the futon. Dust on ceiling fans, mantle. Pretty much everywhere. Kitchen cabinets had lots of what we thought was just trash. No dishes to cook with very few dishes to eat out of. The heat and air was pre programmed, kept waking up at 2am with it 80 degrees inside. And no one touched it!!! And NO TVS, thats the strangest thing ever.. we have rented many VRBO vacation rentals and this was the worst-case. And thats sad because the home is beautiful and has excellent potential.
