Loved everything about this rental. The only problem was the water level on the lake the dock was sitting on mud. Corp of engineers lake and they released water for the winter. This happens every fall.

My stay was great

Loved where the location was in relationship to our family for vacation. We loved the beds, the house, the lake, etc. Only issue was there are acorns and whatever else from the trees that fall all night long onto the metal roof which make it quite noisey. It sounds like someone trying to get into the home as a bang! bang! which wakes you up. Unfortunately we didn't get much sleep because of this. If you like metal roofs, this is your jam. :) The beds were nice and cozy, loved the deck space(s) and the backyard. It's a nice quiet road off the main area. We had a nice time fishing from the dock and kayaked to our family nearby. Well equipped with kitchen items, just needs a new can opener. I tried, but it's rusty and the mechanism no longer spins. Bring one with you if you will be cooking with cans. :D There are lots of shopping stores nearby. Easy check in and check out. We would return, but with ear plugs or when the trees aren't shedding.
We enjoyed our stay in this pet-friendly cottage.

This place was as described. Absolutely no hassle and very easy check in and out. We can't wait to come again. The dock was a big plus. We put the boat in the water just once and parked it at the dock. And this place has super cold AC. We were there around the 4th of July and it stated very comfortable.
