Not what expected
2/5 If you are looking for a without live in, this is not for you. Part of this home is occupied by a live in. Had other issues as well, some taking care of some wasn't.

Hi Millie, thanks for letting us know about your stay. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they would like to share the following: At the property, there is no live-in resident. As you may have seen on the website, there is a small apartment specifically designated for short-term rentals. It is entirely separate from the main house, and no amenities are shared between them. Additionally, there are five televisions available at this rental. Unfortunately, a previous guest removed the Roku control cord for one of the TVs, and we weren't aware of its absence. We sincerely hope this information offers some clarity, and we greatly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
Quiet, Convenient Location
4/5 We booked here because of its proximity to Atlanta and Stone Mountain Park not really knowing anything about the area. The neighborhood was very quiet and the location conveniently located to all major Atlanta attractions. The house itself was clean and spacious. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of linens. The extra touches for babies were so, so appreciated (high chair and pack n play). We did use the stair lift during our stay. My elderly father is unable to climb steps and this was a life saver for him. What a wonderful addition to this home. We did run into several issues during our stay and reached out to the owners for help. They were extremely kind people and quick to respond. What issues we couldn’t resolve with them Evolve helped to resolve.
Beautiful Rental
5/5 My family and I really enjoyed our stay at your beauiful rental, the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.We all wish that we had more time to stay there. The host was very friendly and nice.We will rent this house again..
