It was clean and comfortable. Just need some clarification since there are 2 rentals together
3/5 The unit has two rentals. The entrances are not clearly marked. I was awakened at midnight by the other renters trying to come in through my entrance. They then went to the other door and got in. They then had very loud argument for 2 more hours. They parked both of their vehicles in the drive instead of pulling up into the parking spaces. The driveway needs to be marked so they can see where they are to park.
The unit was clean and comfortable otherwise
Noisy weekend stay
3/5 Positives - Clean Linens and comfy bed, stove, microwave and refrigerator, great locatioin.
Negatives - no coffee maker, only two small cups,2 spoons llimted utensils, no table to eat on, stained carpet, bathroom not thoroughly cleaned (stains in toilet, shower floor, dust on baseboards. Worst negative is the studio shared a common door with the main house which was also rented. Very noisy tenants at all hours which made it hard to sleep.

- Additionally, we have a dining area furnished with chairs and a table.
- Upon reviewing your feedback, we inspected the carpet and found no signs of staining.
- Your concerns regarding the cleanliness of the bathroom were promptly investigated. Our housekeeping team thoroughly examined the area and confirmed its clean condition, as evidenced by a video they shared.
- We sincerely apologize for any disturbance caused by noise from the neighboring residence during your stay.
