  Nice property, clean. It was a split-level type design, so other than the challenge of all the stairs with a 2 year old, all was good.

  The car bottoms out because the driveway is so bad! In the main living room and kitchen there was food on the floor and food under the cabinets, The floors looked like they hadn’t been swept or mopped in quite some time! Several dishes were put away completely dirty and the ice maker in the fridge did not work so they had an ice maker on the counter that was moldy and had dirt in the bottom of it with old water still in it! There was no trash bags in any trash can! Some of the beds did not have mattress protectors nor did the pillows have pillow covers before the pillow case. I found little black hairs in one of the beds when I pulled the covers back. Also I tried to contact the company about questions and never heard back from anyone ! If need be I do have several pictures to verify what I have said ! This home is not worth the the price I was charged ! This is my 3rd time visiting Ga for surgery for my health and I will not be staying here again nor do I recommend staying here!

  Hi Stephanie, we’re sorry to hear that your stay didn’t align with your expectations, especially as this was such an important trip for you. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
  - While the driveway is rough in certain areas, steps are being taken to improve it. The cleaning team parks their SUV in this area and hasn't encountered any issues.
  - The cleaners follow a meticulous routine that includes vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping all spaces, including under cabinets. However, the kitchen floor does show some signs of wear, which is being addressed to prevent any further issues.
  - Dishes are always run through the dishwasher and put away clean. If any were missed, we sincerely apologize for the oversight.
  - The countertop ice maker had broken, and while the cleaners intended to report it, it was overlooked. It’s now being replaced for future stays.
  - While the cleaners replaced the trash bags in all the bins, including the bathrooms, they found that a previous guest had already replaced the kitchen trash bags before they arrived.
  - Although the home doesn’t currently have mattress protectors or additional pillow covers, all bedding is freshly laundered between stays. We're in the process of adding extra covers and protectors to improve guest comfort.
  - After reviewing communication logs, we weren’t able to locate any missed messages or calls. We'll ensure future guests experience better clarity.
  Although past guests haven’t mentioned these issues, we take your concerns seriously and are working to ensure future stays go more smoothly. If anything was overlooked during your stay, we sincerely apologize. We strive to provide the best experience for every guest and hope that any misunderstandings can be reconsidered in light of the steps we’ve taken to improve the property. • Loved our stay!

  This house was absolutely perfect for our weeklong stay for my son's baseball tournament! It was spacious, with gorgeous windows and we got to see many deer! Everything in the house was brand new and worked beautifully. We were truly sad to leave and felt incredibly safe in the neighborhood! My boys found a couple of lakes in the neighborhood and were able to catch some bass. Loved our stay at this house and will absolutely return!!

  This house is perfect. The attention to detail was much appreciated. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dish towels, glass leftover containers, and anything you need to cook or clean up after a meal. The dining room is comfortable. The downstairs TV viewing is an area I wish I could recreate in my own home. The sofa is beyond comfy, and I miss the 100-inch TV. The back deck has a nice grill and outdoor furniture. You can play music throughout the house. All the rooms have ceiling fans. The master bedroom closet is fantastic, as is the master bath. Michael, the owner, responded immediately to any question we had. His house is immaculate and comfortable. I am glad I found it. Thank you!
