  Loved the space. We were there for a funeral. As other family members stopped by there were enough supplies in the kitchen to share a meal and visit with each other.

  The home was clean and nice. The air conditioner was not working properly which made it uncomfortable. We contacted the agency caring for the home and they responded immediately and tried to resolve. They kept in touch with us our entire stay while trying to have it repaired. They were very kind and responsive. It made the less than comfortable temperature better since it was obvious that they were making many attempts to remedy the situation. When I requested some type of monetary compensation for the inconvenience the request was made to VRBOand an agreement made. I feel that this was an unfortunate situation but was handled in a very professional manner.

  Well after 12 hours of driving we walked in our air bnb to find garbage all over dishes dirty towels on the floors beds unmaid. Clearly can tell someone left and the place was never cleaned. Called email messaged through app. 12 hrs later (4am) homeowner called telling me she was never notified place was even booked. She sent over all brand new sheets and towels so we had those atleast for the 2nd night there. Sometime over the weekend the thermostat died so we were in a hot house frome Saturday morning til Monday morning.

  It is our understanding that the owner had a miscommunication about your arrival date but took generous measures to rectify the situation as soon as they learned of your arrival. This included:
  
  - Issued you a refund of the cleaning fee
  - Delivered fresh linens to your doorstep
  - Offered to arrange hotel accommodations for you, which you declined in favor of staying at the house.
  
  Unfortunately, you did not report any issues with the air conditioning; otherwise, we would have promptly addressed it. We regret that this oversight affected your stay and wish we could have resolved it during your time with us.
  
  We strongly encourage guests to reach out to us with any concerns during their stay, allowing us the opportunity to address them in a timely manner and ensure a pleasant experience.

  This property was in a great location, we could quickly get to anywhere we needed to go. We were in town visiting family that live in Powder Springs, so it was nice to only be 8 minutes from them. We comfortably had 4 adults and a toddler in the house for a week. There were definitely some extra things we could have used in the kitchen, that weren’t there already, but we bought some of that. We cooked at the house every day. I loved how responsive the contact we had with the property management team was. Would stay again!
