Cabin
3/5 Property is located in a very nice location. Door code did not work at check in but owner was quick to respond and work that out for us even in the middle of the night. The inside had a very strong odor- musty with mold or mildew perhaps as there are several stains on the ceiling. We had to leave the property due to wife’s difficulties with breathing and a reaction to something inside. Multiple bug traps suggest a prior issue. With 20 years in property management I would recommend some updates/cleanup of the property.

4/5 Our stay was good. We didn't experience any unexpected issues other than what was stated in previous reviews. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the location was pleasant and quiet.

Our stay
1/5 After riding for 4 hours to get to the cabin and arriving around 3pm the day of check in which check in is at 3pm the cleaning lady was still there when we walked in we were told she would be there until around 430pm because she had to deep clean a mattress in one of the rooms but we were also told that she didn’t know there was supposed to be anyone there until the following day(communication issue). We left and just rode around until 5pm when we got back she was still there cleaning so we left again the owner said she would buy our dinner because we had to wait to get in the cabin so we went and ate and went to Callaway gardens to see the lights when we got back to the cabin to take showers the water pressure was very low and the mattresses on the beds were hard (We did not get a good night sleep)

disappointed
1/5 Yard was overgrown. Listing said grill but no grill. No instructions for operating sat. TV. Advertised weak internet but there was no internet. Baking pans were rusty. The floor was sticky like a cinema theater.
