1/5 Yard was overgrown. Listing said grill but no grill. No instructions for operating sat. TV. Advertised weak internet but there was no internet. Baking pans were rusty. The floor was sticky like a cinema theater.

Great Value
5/5 We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The chalet is charming and exactly what we wanted.
Our goal was a week of relaxation and laid-back activities in a cabin in the woods like atmosphere.
The chalet was the perfect combination as a rustic get away with modern comforts. The living room fireplace and large back deck were are happy places. The peaceful and very quiet location on top of Pine Mountain .where are happy places. The peaceful and very quiet location on top of Pine Mountain was perfect for engaging in conversation and eliminating the stress of every day living. Having satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and a full kitchen completely stocked with pots, pens, plates, and flatware was a great convenience.
The shower had copious amounts of hot water. The washer, dryer and dishwasher were great amenities.
The location just outside of the FDR state park, super close to Callaway Gardens was a pleasant surprise due to the chalet is listed as Warm Springs. I would suggest the listing be changed to Warm Springs/Pine Mountain. Since the new ownership of Callaway Gardens, it just keeps improving. The tulip garden was incredible. We enjoyed our visit to Callaway gardens immensely.
Finally, for the price of the chalet, it is by far the best of value that we have come across in the area. It may not be luxury but it was everything we expected and more.

3/5 We thought this cabin was ok. The cell service is not great and the Hughesnet service is non existent. The TV is just basic TV no cable or streaming services which made this cabin super boring for my 2 teen kids. Cleaning was ok. I seen several large spiderwebs throughout. Ants was there and they had ant traps on the floors.

Christmas time with my kids
4/5 We had a great time. Everything was excellent with the exception of the satellite tv you have to hard reset anytime you change the channel and they say WiFi is available and it is but the WiFi has no modem and satellite hooked to it so there is not any internet access. This made staying in touch with work difficult for my daughter and I and exhausted our phones data plan. Not a reason to not go but something to keep in mind if internet connection is important to you. If I had taken my myfi it would have been no issues.
