The tiny home was clean, and bigger than I expected. I thought the second bed downstairs would just be off to the side, but it actually has it's own private nook with closet and pocket door. The RV / Tiny Home Community feels safe and friendly. My kids loved the pool. We went tubing, to the Drive-In movies, and to the Bigfoot museum. All close by.
The only cons were things that can't really be helped, such as a couple prickly nettle-like weeds that were in the yard (just don't go barefoot), and the tiny microwave burning regular-size popcorn. : D
I would like to come back.

Pros:
1- It felt a lot bigger than I thought it would. I spent the whole week there with my two kids and it never felt like we were on top of each other.
2 - the kids adored sleeping in a loft, and liked the games
3 - quiet secure neighborhood
4 - fire pit!!
5 - close to lots of activities. We did tubing, waterfall hike, mini golf, drive-in theater, and downtown shopping.
6 - kitchen had everything we needed.
7 - loop around the community was the perfect size for a nighttime walk that was pretty and safe.
8 - park ranger was nice
9 - loved having a pool nearby
FYI:
1 - there are some prickly nettle-like plants in some places in the yard, so don't go barefoot!
2 - The microwave is kind of small so a bag of popcorn get stuck and does not turn, so it will burn. Be sure to bring the little individual-sized ones! 🙂
The tiny house looked exactly like the picture. Very roomy and able to spread out. We did have problems getting programs on the TV. My husband is pretty good with technology but he even got frustrated. The queen bed does need a new mattress. All in all, the RV park was great and the tiny house was nice.
It was very nice
Great place and location. Only thing the master needs a new mattress.
