    Very comfortable and clean apartment. Unfortunately there was construction right next door and loud fireworks going off around 1:40 AM. Startled us awake as we did not know the area that well. We left in a hurry the next morning.

    Hi Ashley, we're glad to hear that you found the apartment comfortable and clean. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:

    -The construction nearby is for a new music center at GCSU, and the loudest excavation work should be completed by the end of July. Unfortunately, the timing of this construction is beyond our control.
    -We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the fireworks. Since you stayed over the 4th of July weekend, some noise from celebrations was inevitable, but we understand how startling unexpected noise can be in an unfamiliar area.

    This condo is SO nice and comfortable! It’s beautiful with LOTS of extra touches!!! This was our second time to stay and we will definitely be back!!!

    You can easily walk to the square for meals (Metropolis, Bollywood Tacos, Amici and Local Yolkal are our favorites! And get a great cup of coffee at Blackbird Coffee Shop) Convenient to the greenway and Kayaking trips with Oconee Outfitters) We can’t wait to go back!!!

  • Beautiful and cozy

    The home was very cozy and relaxed. Me and my family had a wonderful time. Beautifully decorated. Warm feeling when entering the house. I wish it was a TV in every room but otherwise everything else was great. Will likely use evolve again. And will recommend to friends and family!❤️
