We loved all the space available for our large Thanksgiving gathering. Plenty of room for everyone to spend time together or spend time alone. The smaller kids loved all the stairs, and running themselved exhausted while playing hide and seek. Lots of comfy sofas for the grownups to catch up with relatives not seen in a while. The biggest issue comes from the remodel that happened just before we arrived. We were expecting that second kitchen...it was taken out during the remodel. So, the main kitchen was used in shifts and was "cozy" during the Thanksgiving meal prep. A minor issue but it takes away a star since we didn't know it ahead of time. Then again, we didn't know about the remodel (and the reason) ahead of time either.
Other issues, all minor but still there and taking away stars: The grill was very dirty and when we fired it up to burn off all the gunk it caused lots of smoke that blackened the cobwebs into halloween decor. The rack for the pool table should be replaced - it's cracked. A lot of the light switches are marked as to what they work, but others need to be updated. It would be very nice if check in was sooner than 4pm so that visitors know what else they have to go and buy for their stay (such as toilet paper and paper towels.) For safety reason, the knives should be sharpened; dull knives are more dangerous than sharp ones. Although we didn't use the dock for any kind of water activities, we did go down there. It could use a maintenance check.
Overall, it is a very nice place to stay for large parties!
We had a family get together with ages from 6 to 66 and it was great for everyone. Plenty of bedrooms spread out over the house. Loved the dock with part being covered and open, the swings and chairs and the TV and sound system were an added bonus. Great location for grocery and restaurants as well.

Place was great for what I needed. Dock was nice. We needed space for many people and this house has it at a fair price. We would definitely consider this for our next family trip.
My family of 12 really enjoyed this house, even though the weather didn't cooperate. We had plenty of space to spread out or be together. The dock was the best part of the property in my opinion. There was more than enough room for the boys to fish while the girls laid out (the few hours of sun we had) and for the kids to swim. Caught some good size fish right off the dock also. Rooms were spacious and the property manager was great. Definitely would recommend this house to anyone.
Great place for a large group. Plenty of beds spread all around the house. Large tables for big group dining together. Pool table was great escape for kids late at night. The personalized ceiling tiles in the basement were a nice touch. Lots of fridge space from kitchen to basement to dock. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and utensils. Great location on the water with boat ramp and boat rentals within a mile. Deep water was great for swimming and fishing. Close to restaurants and grocery stores for the last minute items.
