Disappointed
2/5 The condo was very dirty, especially the bathrooms - hairs and urine stains around the toilets. Walls had a lot of scuffed areas and the carpet was very worn and stained. The grounds looked neglected. The internet was very unstable, going out numerous times. On a positive, the layout was comfortable and worked out for our group. I would not stay there again.

Hi Richard, we want our guests to arrive at a vacation home that is 100% ready for their stay, so we take the cleanliness of our properties seriously! We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
- We sincerely apologize for the cleanliness oversights you experienced during your stay. Unfortunately, our regular cleaning partner had an emergency, and the backup person didn't meet our usual standards of cleanliness. Rest assured, we are taking steps to ensure this doesn't happen again in the future. Additionally, we'll issue you a refund to compensate for the inconvenience caused.
- The upkeep of the grounds is the responsibility of the community management, but it seems they fell behind schedule, possibly due to unexpected rainy weather. In the meantime, we have hired a lawn service company out of pocket to ensure that our yard is always in top condition for our guests.
- We wish you had reached out to us during your stay, as we would've been more than happy to address any questions or concerns immediately to improve your experience.
