Had a good time staying in this property.
Home was clean and spacious. many shops and restaurants close by. will recommend this place.
I understand stand things happen….what really frustrates me is no response to 3 emails and a voicemail over 8 hours. The live in owner did not return my emails or voicemail until I contacted the rental company he contracts to take of the rental. Once the rep from Evolve left him a message he called me while I was still on the phone with her. He did get the hot water situation taken of before we returned back to the property. Master shower had black mold. Outside of frig and dishwasher needs to cleaned/polished. Dirty fire hazard under kitchen cabinet sink. Dirty floors. A random half inflated Mickey Mouse balloon floating around. I have pictures and will post if I can figure out how to. Owner is on site. In same house not a n a separate unit.

Seamless, comfortable, and had everything we needed! The host responded quickly to any request. I would venture back to this place if I was coming to Atlanta!
We arrived to the home and first noticed that one of the garage doors was off its track and had an opening. Upon entering the home it was beautiful.
Then we started to notice that several things were broken, dirty or taped up. There were several light switches throughout the house that had tape over them. There were bugs all through the house. The tiles in the kitchen were cracked, under the beds was completely dirty, the towels were dirty with long strands of black hair in them, the fitted sheets didn’t fit to the beds and kept popping off at night and there were dirty dishes in the washing machine still. The bedroom doors had old handles that were worn out and had to be pushed in and turned to lock them. The front door had a deadbolt and two slide locks on the top. The backyard was overgrown and in need of cutting.
There also appeared to be someone living in the basement of the house. We never saw the individual or heard them, but the inside door to the basement was locked and had two slides on it. The exterior basement door looked like someone else’s front door.
If we had not just been staying for two nights and in town for a funeral we probably would have complained and left for a hotel. Instead we decided to stay and leave early on Monday morning.
