Peace and Quiet
5/5 My family of 6 really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was as advertised and no fuss with anything. The area was peaceful and quiet and would definitely recommend this place if that is what you’re looking for.

Christmas in Lavonia 2023
5/5 We had a relaxing, enjoyable time qt our cabin. It was the perfect spot to have a southern, rural Christmas getaway! Our host was amazing & spent over an hour on the phone with me recommending places to visit.. she was so sweet & I truly appreciated her time! We are already planning for a trip back 💗

Do not take bass boats to this property
1/5 The online pictures makes it seem like this property would be great for parking multiple bass boats. 90 degree + turns with 3 foot ditches on both sides of the road. The roads to get to the property are single lanes that are barely wider than your vehicle. I tore up my trailer trying to get my boat in the driveway. I never went inside. The site contact was nice, but the property manager (evolve) is trying to keep my money because they say the property is as advertised.

- The listing does state that there is room for only one boat, but we’re sorry if this caught you off guard. Since you planned to bring an additional two boats with you, we encourage guests to thoroughly review the listing before booking, to ensure they find the perfect vacation home for their needs.
- We try our best to provide a great environment for guests, but sometimes external factors like the roads are simply out of our control. We're sorry to hear that you experienced difficulty with the roads. We do our best to provide guests with detailed check-in instructions regarding parking.
- Evolve always works with guests to make sure they provide a fair resolution. However, your request for a full refund did not occur before the Vrbo deadline, so Evolve was not able to honor your request. However, the owner did request that you be refunded, so a partial refund was allowed. We’re sorry we weren’t able to provide the resolution you were hoping for.
- While we do regret our home was not up to your expectations, we’re happy to share that no issues were reported by our most recent guests.
- We truly go above and beyond for our guests and are confident that future guests will have a wonderful stay!5/5 If you want to be in a quiet, comfortable setting, this is the place!

Weekend getaway
4/5 Perfect place to stay over the weekend. Very private, quiet and relaxing. The single beds are small for adults not the best good night rest. But everything was to be found in the kitchen and bathroom, enough space to stretch and unwind.
