• Cute Cabin but a Couple of Issues

  Cabin was not clean—crumbs, dusty furniture, filthy front porch chairs.Picture’s misleading about the view. Since it is summer there’s only a peek at the mountains, and not from either porch. Wish this was mentioned before we booked. Porch views are our primary reason for booking cabins.We messaged the contact and heard nothing for 24 hours. He offered housekeeping but by then we had dealt with it. I sent pictures and requested a discount on the cleaning fee and he never even responded back.The cabin is cute and easy to reach but we won’t be back.

  - We've had the pleasure of working with Tiffanys Interiors for three years now, a cleaning service recommended by the Evolve team, and they consistently do an outstanding job. We were at the property just a week before your stay, and it was in perfect condition. Tiffanys took care of the cleaning after our departure, and we can confidently confirm that there were no issues.
  - Before you arrived at the cabin, we had acknowledged your shared concerns about the leaves by the front door and a spider web in a bush. After entering, we received a complaint about a crumb on the dining room table, although we hadn't used the table, and rest assured it had been thoroughly cleaned by Tiffanys. To ensure efficiency, we offered housekeeping assistance, but you declined, stating you had taken care of it yourself.
  - Regarding the view, the trees typically fill out in the summer. It's important to note that these trees are not on our property, and we are not authorized to trim or cut them. Many guests appreciate the lush foliage and the privacy it provides, especially during the fall when the leaves change and add vibrant colors to the surroundings.
  We take great pride in our properties and want every guest to have a wonderful experience while embracing the beauty of nature. The countryside and mountains offer a unique and enchanting atmosphere, including changing leaves. However, we understand that this may not be everyone's preference, and for those who prefer a different setting, a city stay might be a better fit.

• Very comfortable cabin in a great location

  We enjoyed staying at this cabin. The location was very convenient, the cabin was extremely clean, and it had all the amenities we wanted, including a hot tub. We also thought the beds were very comfortable. The only thing we thought was odd, which, of course, is out of control of the owner, was that the floor plan was the way it was. If when the cabin was built, it had been reversed, there would’ve been very nice views from the great room of the mountains in the distance. As it was, the view wasn’t much to speak of. But we still enjoyed our stay there.

  Had a great 3 night get away with sweet sisters . Enjoyed shopping in shops in Hiawassee. Relaxing in a private cabin with awesome views. Very comfortable beds and easy access into the property. Contact person was on point and responded to every email and text. Nicely handled. Will recommend to friends and family.
