Poor communication
2/5 The place was clean and nice. The only problem I had was the property manager was controlling the thermostat from her phone. It was freezing outside and cold inside the home. We were walking around with jackets and socks on. The communication was poor. Not answering phones when asking to please cut the heater on. We only got heat on the last day. And also, There was no Tv or wifi.. I don't know if she didn't pay the wifi or Dish bill. It was Just not a good experience. Freezing cold, No Tv and No wifi. Paid for it got none of it. Want be going back.

Not all that
3/5 Checking was terrible . I did not receive the code and address for the place until well after check in time. Had to look through my emails to find a number to call. Finally when I get my code for the place tow hours later I arrive to the house and could not get in. I had to wait another 45 minutes to an hour for locksmith to come in. The house was nicely decorated and clean but no hot water for almost two days .
Perfect location
5/5 This property was everything it advertised to be. This house was gorgeous. The property owner left a nice gift of wine with treats and a welcoming note. Every time I come to Georgia I want this house.
