  The area and yard were lovely. The house had ants in kitchen, peeling paint on doors, black mold in master shower, damp and very few towels and only 2 coffee cups. This house could very easily be a great home. It just needs some tlc.

  - We apologize for the issues you encountered during your stay. The house had been cleaned by a temporary cleaner while the regular team was on vacation, and it seems some things were missed. We will ensure all cleaning standards are met consistently moving forward.
  - There were four coffee cups available recently, but we'll make sure to address the shortage and ensure there are enough for future guests.
  - The peeling paint on the doors is from a recent damage incident involving a child from a previous rental. The latex paint underneath is safe, but we understand it doesn’t look perfect and will be repainted during our next break in bookings.
  - The property is professionally sprayed by Northwest Exterminators every month. We were not informed about the ants but will investigate and address this immediately to ensure there are no pest issues.
  - We will further investigate your concerns about mold and take any necessary steps to ensure the shower is mold-free. Additionally, we will ensure there are enough towels for all guests.
  Thank you for your feedback, which helps us improve the quality of our service. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future and provide a better experience.

• Short stay

  My family checked in on Saturday & the hot tub was much smaller than it appeared online in the listing, my fault, I should have checked it over, but also it was cold when we arrived & it took about 15 hours for it to get up to temperature so I was a little disappointed that the kids didn’t get to play in it as much as I’d liked. We found a couple dirty socks under beds & a couple pieces of trash, but nothing terrible. Otherwise the house was very clean and tidy. It was in a nice quiet neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac, which was very nice for our family. The rooms were nicely sized, especially the master which was very roomy! Beds were nice as well. The master bath was also really nice and big. It was close to parks, grocery stores, restaurants, etc, so we enjoyed a nice little trip. Thank you!

• Beautiful home!

  We went up for a school bass tournament. 3 adults, 6 teenage boys, and 3 trucks pulling bass boats. Plenty of room and plenty of space to park. We enjoyed the stay and to put icing on the cake I actually received the first call ever from a host to check and make sure we enjoyed the stay. That is a major plus in my book!
