Disaster!!!!
1/5 We had a check in time of 3pm but we were at an all day event that lasted until 10:30. We ended up getting there at close to 11. We couldn’t find the key box, we assumed it would be in the front of the house but there was no specific location of it, we finally found it all the way on the back side of the house. Once we got in we noticed that the living room rug was dirty. Upon further inspection, EVERYTHING was DIRTY!! All the towels from previous stay were still in a pile on the washer, none of the beds had been washed or made, and the bathroom looked like he hadn’t been cleaned in a while! We tried calling the guest contact 10 times with no response, and had to talk to people from VRBO and evolve with no help at all. Finally a representative from VRBO helped us and around 1 am with two small children we had to scramble and find a hotel room!

The place wasn't ready when I arrived. The coffee maker didn't work. The back door knob pulled off in my hand. There is no internet service connected. Quiet enough place.
2/5 Overall, it's a trailer in the woods. Not very nice surroundings.
Horrible location
1/5 The house is located in an undesirable location. The driveway belongs to a private property that is shared and completely not taken care of. It’s steep and and washed out in areas.
