Great stay loved the home I will book again

My family and I showed up to the house around 730pm.
1. The temp inside was 78 degrees. The air in most of the house did not work. Fans in half of the house do no work. We had to buy a fan to help move air around to make it comfortable enough to even stay. We called and texted our contact through Evolve and received no help. They finally just quit communicating with us completely.
2. The house was filthy. My wife and I unpacked our clothes and laid out our dressier clothes from our bag so they wouldn’t be wrinkled. We quickly realized the shelves in the closet were filthy and had to clean our clothes. The countertops, sink, stove, and other areas were nasty. My wife cleaned these areas before we put any food out. The cleaning fee for this place was $400. We expected it to be very clean for a fee that high.
3. There were amenities listed that were no available/ not working. Multiple showers had leaks. One bathroom had water on the floor when we arrived. The master bathroom shower had a leak so bad the floor was soft near the entrance of the shower. I placed a chair over the area so no one would step on the rotted area and fall through. The hot tub did not work. I own a pool and know how to operate the equipment. We never did get the hot tub to heat up. The home theater was a bust. We tried the very vague instructions multiple times and could not get it to turn on. This was an amenity we were very excited about.
4. Black mold. There seemed to be a bad roof leak in the master closet. It was completely gutted except for the gross carpet and the above mentioned dirty shelves. There had been some poorly done repairs to cover up the water damage, but the black mold on the ceiling had grown through the paint job.
5. I’ll be a little hypocritical by mentioning this next problem because I have let my own pool get dirty from time to time. This pool had piles of trash and debris in the bottom. My 12 year old son cleaned out a bunch of this before getting in the pool. Again, I have had my own pool get dirty before, but I am not having guests come stay at my home and charging a very high cleaning fee.
To say we were all disappointed in the rental would be a massive understatement. I will be taking actions to get at least a partial refund. The health and safety hazard of this place were unbelievable. This house should not be allowed to be rented again until some major repairs and mitigation have been done.
