  Very dirty !! Dishes in kitchen old and rusty no healthy to cook on them no lighting most of light bulbs out!! No functional electrical sockets! No ac and 2 rooms no towels !! Dirty dusty everywhere

• Disappointed

  Initially we were so impressed with the beauty of the home and property. However we quickly became disappointed when we found the pool to be full of garbage, poorly stocked kitchen, broken chairs, and a ho tub that did not work.

  Communication was poor and I was never given a final answer as to whether a pack n play could be provided so my baby had to sleep on a makeshift bed on the floor.

• Poorly managed and not as advertised!

  From arriving at this house which we spent almost $5,000.00 for 6 nights to checking out we had constant problems, concerns and were unhappy. We relayed all of these problems to the Guest Assistant which were not addressed only saying she would let the owner know and that the owner walked the house and checked everything prior to our arrival.

  Upon arrival the pool was dirty, the downstairs basement/ game room had a horrible Cigarette smell, the theater room tv wouldn’t work. The kitchen was disgusting obviously not cleaned, stove covered in grease, pots and pans rusty and dirty, floors dirty. The 2nd AC unit didn’t work part of the time we were there which we were having to diagnose ourselves, the thermostat in the kitchen- living room area did not work and it stayed hot in there constantly. Lots of lights were burned out in the house and breakers were turned off and had to be turned on. Both the gas grill and charcoal grill were disgusting and the gas grill didn’t work.

  Upon arrival there were unlocked windows and doors.

  While we were there we experienced at least four different pool guys un announced when we were only told they’d have one out over the weekend.

  We were told we would be reimbursed for part of our stay and once we checked out haven’t heard anything else and we have tried to reach out to our Guest Assistant with no response.

  WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOUSE TO ANYONE!! Could list many many more problems.

  PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE!!
