Great place near the square
4/5 The home was decorated beautifully and had a cool Halloween feel for October. Close proximity to everything Covington.
Only complaint would be that the listing stated the owner may be on the property but was vague. The tenants are attached to the back of the home and the master bedroom shares a wall so we could hear them clearly talking or just making food. There is a door with a deadbolt separating the units but our area didn’t have control of a lock making us feel a little uncomfortable. Also, our area was pet free but (when taking garbage out back when we left) the place in the rear had 3 cats so we heard them frolicking into the late hours of the night and definitely caused some allergies.
