  My group of friends and I gather yearly for our annual weekend and this home was perfect. Plenty of sleeping spaces, huge back yard, and a beautiful kitchen. The host was easy to contact if needed and the house rules are pretty simple. I would highly recommend you stay here.

• Comfortable house with easy access to sights

  We enjoyed our long weekend in Atlanta and this property was ideally situated for all the sights we wanted to visit. Clean and comfortable.

  First off the place was adequately spacious but the contact person was pretty much dry and non-agreeable to some things there weren’t any garbage bags we needed more garbage bags none were provided so we went and bought more garbage bags and wanted to be reimbursed for them for. We asked for an extra blanket The reply was what do you need an extra blanket for, I normally don’t have to ask for these things in other places this stuff would already be there . Communications about gaining access to the property was kind of weird I had to call him to obtain access which that was never communicated. Normally there is an email or some type of communicating letting you know how to get in and out of the property customer service needs to be better. It’s a lot of things that were missing. We had a bunch of dispensers in the bathroom, but nothing was in them things that I scratched my head about.

  -The feedback provided by the guests is inaccurate. I consistently ensure that all bathrooms are well-stocked with an adequate supply of toiletries, including travel-size shampoo, lotions, and soap for every guest. While the containers may appear empty from use, this is a testament to my commitment to providing a comfortable and convenient stay for all
  -I apologize for not placing extra trash bags in the island drawer. The guests requested additional bags and sought reimbursement, which I agreed to; however, I did not receive any further communication on this matter. Rather than purchasing trash bags, they disposed of their garbage in the outside trash bin without using any bags.
  -The guests activated the air conditioner and subsequently expressed that it was too cold, which I found unusual. I do not provide blankets during the summer months, so I suggested that they adjust the thermostat if they felt chilly during the night..
  -Guests are instructed to refer to the information in the booking instructions, which includes my contact information. I encourage them to reach out at any time prior to their arrival. I take guest safety seriously, and I inform them to contact me upon arrival so I can deactivate the alarm.
