Peaceful Retreat
5/5 Mr.Martin’s home was perfect for my brother Ron and myself. We are native Floridians and Yankeetown reminded us of our childhood adventures with our family . We celebrated his birthday with 4 close friends . One friend brought his Carolina skiff and it fit perfectly in boat house. Too hot to fish but the late afternoon boat ride was so invigorating, dolphin pods followed the boat and the sky was starting to change into a glorious sunset. Our 4 friends , the setting, the home with it butterflies and hummingbirds, friendly neighbors everything was perfect for us. Thank you, Tim for sharing

Quiet neighborhood, close to marina
4/5 Inside clean, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, bright LR/eating area. Close to marina and many state parks. Second bathroom is located in separate laundry room with exterior entrance. Outside of home and lanai needs some cleaning and TLC.

Absolutely wonderful!
5/5 This house was perfect for our family. We loved being close to the campground where our family was staying and enjoyed the peace and quiet. The house is so adorable and the little boat house was perfect for relaxing at night. We will definitely book again!
