Astonishing
5/5 Our stay was so comfortable and nice - everything you need and more is supplied. The house was EXACTLY as the pictures show (which we were a bit afraid of due to past experiences). Quite neighborhood and lots of shops close by. Great communication from the time I booked with the property management company and little text here and there with updates. Beautiful private landscape and gorgeous interior design. My only negative is that our check in time was at 4pm and after driving 9 hours from Atlanta we were ready to settle in, but when I opened the door the cleaning crew was there and asked that we return in 30 minutes and while we were enjoying the pool the lawn was serviced. Overall this was an amazing rental and we would HIGHLY recommend it - look forward to renting again in the future.

Weekend trip. Great home. Clean, well stocked
5/5 Wasn’t expecting the early check in policy to be so strict. After traveling all day, we arrived around 2pm to simply change our clothes as we were headed right back out to attend a funeral. Even then, we were told by management we needed to pay extra money. As a family who travels often, I can’t think of any other properties where the owners made a fuss about arriving 2 hours early, especially when the property was vacant for days leading up to our stay and already ready. Not to mention we had already paid over $1500 for this short weekend trip. (Saturday evening, full day Sunday, early departure Monday morning) Just thought it was a bit distasteful… Other than that the house was newly renovated, clean, well maintained and well stocked with kitchen items, games, etc. We especially enjoyed the backyard and pool area. The plush trees surrounding the property made it the perfect oasis during the hot day.

5/5 Pictures don’t do it justice. Better than I was expecting. Wonderful house for our family. Beds were super comfortable! Kitchen was loaded with everything we needed. Great to have a washer/dryer. Pool was great for the kids. Just wish it was heated. The house was beautifully decorated and designed. The bathroom showers were an amazing experience. Neighborhood was 15 mins to the beach and the property was immaculately kept up.
