Beautiful property! Just as pictured.
4/5 The property is beautiful and as pictured. It is spacious and comfortable. We ran into issues with the keyless entry but evolve came out quickly to resolve.
The pool was a bit cloudy because the water level was too low to filter but that is an easy fix and it was not warm enough outside to swim anyway.
We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful home
5/5 This was a beautiful home with everything we needed! We barely left the house. The house was big enough to for 2 families to live comfortably. The master closet is big enough to fit a pack n play. The kids really enjoyed the pool and there was a creek in the backyard to enjoy some fishing! However, I did not enjoy booking through Evolve through VRBO. My listing never came up on the Evolve website and it was hard to navigate adding on the pool heating fee. Once I figured out who to contact, Amanda, from Team Ocean Breeze, was extremely responsive and made everything go smoothly. I would definitely book this house again now that I know the process!

Hometown visit
5/5 My childhood home was blocks away, so this visit was very nostalgic. The neighborhood is quiet, the home is beautiful and spacious. Our boys loved the saltwater pool and hot tub! We managed to get to Nokomis beach a couple times, but enjoyed the peacefulness of the pool. And having Alexa inside the house was pretty neat! Would stay again 💯!
