It’s not my problem
1/5 I chose this property because of the pool and outdoor area. There was an option for heat, for and extra charge. I requested heat on Monday for Thursday check in because I was told it would take a few days to warm up. My account was charged for heat for heat before I hung up the phone. Arrived on Thursday, pool and hot tub were cold. After several calls was told they had no record my payment for pool heat, then told me the heater was broken and could not be fix until next week. Got an email saying they would refund extra heat charge but nothing else. very disappointed not to be able to use pool. Was always somebody else’s fault. Email stated you got a house with a pool, it is March and the water is going to be cold. I knew that which is why I requested it to be heated. Still waiting for my refund.

Comfortable home
4/5 Overall, this was a comfortable place to stay. We loved the lanai, pool, and beautiful back yard. A larger, more substantial dining table on the lanai would have made it possible to enjoy meals outside. (The table provided was a bit rickety and would only accommodate four people.) The kitchen was adequately equipped but bring your own sharp knives if you plan to cook. We appreciated the second refrigerator in the garage. The bedrooms really need a dresser or shelves - someplace to put clothing that can't be hung up. At the very least, a luggage rack would have been helpful. As it was, the only place to put our suitcases was on the floor. We did have a couple of mechanical issues (microwave oven and water pump), but they were addressed promptly by the property manager.

Even good during cooler than normal winter in Glorida
5/5 Nice three bedroom, 2 bath with spacious open living and kitchen. The covered outside lanai section helped since we had some rainy days.Park like backyard, private and Florida tropical.Great TV programs!Two big windows needed updating with better cutsins. Hot tub needed a little cheat sheet instruction sheet for various jet useage.

5/5 Hosts were very responsive. We loved how private the backyard was and how it was sitting right on a nature reserve
Fun place
4/5 The property is in a nice location near Manasota Key and Caspersen beaches. The pool could have been a little cleaner, but other than that, there wasn't much to complain about. We had a lot of fun and would stay here again.
